Why isn’t my face ID working?

Most failed face ID attempts fail due to you not being in the frame! Similar to how you unlock your phone, ensure you are in the frame and not covering your face.

Follow these steps to enable your biometrics login:
1- Go to the side menu of the app
2- Choose “Settings”
3- Switch on the biometrics and PIN option, depending on your device
4- If you do not have your PIN code setup, you will be asked to set it up first!
