What do I do if I don’t recognize a transaction on my account?
Sometimes the merchant name shown on your statement may appear slightly different to the actual merchant you purchased from. If you believe your card has been used without your permission, please freeze your card immediately to avoid any fraudulent use, otherwise, you will be liable for any further fraudulent transactions.
You can freeze your card by following the steps:
1- Choose “Current Account” from the homepage of the app
2- Choose the card that you want to freeze
3- Choose the “Settings” icon next to the card
4- Tap on “Freeze”
5- Confirm!
Remember, you can always un-freeze your card from the app!
