How do I report a suspicious/fraudulent activity?

If you suspect you’ve been the victim of fraud, you must freeze your Reflect card and get in touch with us as soon as possible. To contact us, please reach out to our support team via WhatsApp on +962792777027

You can freeze your card by following the steps:
1- Choose “Cards” from the homepage of the app
2- Choose the “Settings” icon next to Physical Card
3- Tap on “Freeze”
4- Confirm

Remember, you can always un-freeze your card from the app!
