What happens if I try to log in from a new device?

If you log in from a new or untrusted device, you will be required to verify your identity by providing some or all of the following:

1. Your active debit card number
2. Your card PIN code
3. Your date of birth
4. A verification selfie

If you only have a virtual card or no physical debit card, you’ll need to provide your date of birth and a verification selfie.
