How do I top-up using IBAN

IBAN top up option is a simple transfer from your bank account. Steps are as follows;

1- Choose “Add Money” from the home page.
2- Select the “IBAN top-up” option.
3- Copy your IBAN number
4- Go to your mobile banking app & conduct a transfer to your IBAN.

Depending on the time of day it was sent, and whether it was on a business day: the payment might take up to 3 business days. If it takes longer than that, please reach out to our support team via WhatsApp on: +962792777027

Step 1

Hit the (+) button on your card.
 

Step 2

Select the "IBAN top up" option.
 

Step 3

Copy your IBAN #

Step 4

Go to your mobile banking app & conduct a transfer to your wallet IBAN.

Step 5
