Can I contact support from a different email address?

For security reasons, we can only respond to emails sent from the email address registered on your account.

To change the email address registered to your account, follow these steps:

1. Go to Profile Details from the side menu
2. Tap the edit icon next to your email
3. Enter the new email address
4. Verify it using OTP
